Its funny Kathy; just yesterday, some one else had posted this verse and for the first time ( though I have heard it read many times in church), I noticed the word ” government”. And the government was on his shoulders- I wonder whether it meant, he was going to rule the earthly world or the heavenly world or was meant to bring order to chaos.

I think he is the ruler of everything. I believe he is Lord of All.
