Fishermen in Fortescue, so connected to the bulkhead, they almost seem to be part of the seawall at first glance.


I haven’t been to Fortescue since I was little. Wonder if my grandparents old house is still standing? That would have been around 50 years ago.

A lot of the homes near the beach were lost to Hurricane Sandy, but the town still has many of the old homes…at least it looks that way to me. It has that quaint, sweet look of towns that have seen a lot of years.
