The Faces of Auschwitz
Dear Kathy
I do remember them. I live in a world where atrocities of this kind are trivialized as though the tragedy was just ” false news”. It is good to think about those who went before us leaving their footprints behind. Because they lived, we live today.

So true Susie, I was shocked by the first photo on the site. It looks exactly like my sister when she was young. It bring home the fact that these people had lives, had loves, should have had a future, and must always be remembered.

I hope not. I never understand how some people don’t believe it happened.

I just finished reading Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, fantastic writing without excessive gruesome details.

I look at that little girl’s face and somehow I see people from my family in her eyes and face.
