Yes, it was, and such a surprise early, early in the morning. I was lucky to be one of the early risers who saw it quietly pass by…except for the whoosh it makes when it adds hot air.
There used to be a hot air balloon festival here in Pampanga, this year though, I haven’t heard of it yet. Maybe the cancelled it because of the pandemic.
