Today I say goodbye to one of my ‘forever’ people, one of a handful of people who I have loved since I was born. Last week, my Uncle John, a minister of God’s Word for decades, passed over from this life into his new life in the presence of Christ Jesus. My spirit is aching, but also rejoicing, because I feel assurance that he is with our Lord and Savior. My uncle lived his life, and preached God’s Word, with great enthusiasm. He is an example and witness to me of how to live a life in such a way that everything you do is a testimony to God’s love. I know we will meet again one day in Glory. God bless you all.
Aren’t we blessed to know where our loved ones are. My mother leaft for heaven last Sunday March 1.she was 96 years old. My Dad passed last Sept …he was 96 years o;d too.

What a blessing to have so many years on this earth with your loved ones. I look forward to my reunion with loved ones someday, and it reminds me to cherish every moment we spend here on earth with those we love.

Sad to hear this- I hate it when our old time ministers go to be with the Lord- because we need them on this earth for longer than they stayed but I am happy for surely with his race well run, he will be waiting for you on the other side.
Hugs to you.
I have all the seeds with me and will be planting them in my garden here.

Thanks so much Susie. He was too young…only 75, and I will probably miss him all my life, but as you said, he ran his race well and he will be waiting for me on the other side.
Enjoy the seeds.
