I love Tasha Cobbs. When Tasha sings about Jesus you know she really means it! I hope in everything I do, in all I say, I hope my love of Jesus comes through as if I REALLY BELIEVE IT! Because—yes, I do!
“Don’t let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me.” ~John 14:1

O Come, All Ye Faithful (attributed to various authors)
O come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant!
O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem;
Come and behold him
Born the King of Angels:
O come, let us adore Him, (3×)
Christ the Lord.
Sing choirs of angels, sing in exultation,
Sing, all ye citizens of Heaven above!
Glory to God, glory in the highest:
O come, let us adore Him, (3×)
Christ the Lord.
Yea, Lord, we greet thee, born this happy morning;
Jesus, to thee be glory given!
Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing!
O come, let us adore Him, (3×)
Christ the Lord.
Whew – what vocals Cobbs has! And that song was a power song today.
😉
And nice post with the “grace”

Thanks so much. Have you ever heard her sing, Break Every Chain? The message and power in the song is life-changing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-pD2zIuiC2g

Well I do live that song – I will check out the link – thanks
-/ and side note –
I once was ending a contract job and packing up my stuff they had two construction guys setting up- well one of the guys kept playing that song over and over
And I live it but it was like – wow – on a loop!
And so now I smile when I hear that song and I remember that entire afternoon! It is a pretty good song to have on a loop (even if overdone) because that is where the power is – name of Jesus / 💕and no weapon formed against us will prosper – amen

Well
The version he played was more of the original
Christian rock version – not the soul-filed one – but fun to see so many takes on a good song

I once saw a great version by a contestant on the voice. He sang it well, but I can’t remember his name.

Many years ago, my Spanish class learned this song. Every year I test my memory to see if I remember the words. I still remember them, just not sure I remember them accurately

My husband had Spanish in High School. He remembers the Pledge of Allegiance still…we love to hear him say it, and he still can say it with such a beautiful accent.
